DESIGN This two-level home has been lovingly decorated with comfort and attention to detail in mind. The large picture windows take full advantage of the sea and garden views. The air-conditioning in the living room, dining room and one of the bedrooms, along with the ceiling fans in the remaining three bedrooms, keep the house cool during the hot summer months. The combination of communal space and smaller, more private areas ensure that there is plenty of space for everyone to do their own thing!	BEDROOMS A master bedroom and en-suite bathroom are on the upper level. There are further three bedrooms (two double, one twin) and two bathrooms downstairs. One of the downstairs bedrooms is air-conditioned and is separated from the adjoining twin bedroom by a curtained archway, ideal for accompanying children.	LIVING The upstairs living room is comfortably furnished and has a television, dvd player, music centre and free high-speed wifi internet access. Glass doors open to a roofed terrace, affording unrivalled sea and sunset views.
OUTSIDE Outdoor living will make up a great part of your stay at Villa Alhubara. There is a generous fenced and gated, lawned garden with palms and flowering shrubs. The gated pool terrace, with its purpose-built BBQ to one side, is furnished with sun-loungers that have adjustable back-rests and comfy cushions. Roman steps lead into the shallow end of the heated swimming pool to give easy access for all ages. Retreat to a choice of shaded areas or the hammock to read, relax or take a nap.	DINING The indoor dining area is conveniently located near the kitchen on the ground level. The villa also has three al fresco dining areas with tables and seating.	KITCHEN The kitchen is well equipped, with a ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, hand-mixer, a large assortment of cookware and accessories, and a washing machine.
